Hydroo, the strength of a team

In ancestral times, possibly in the 15th century, the “moixigangues” and “muixerangues” existed, especially in La Safor, L'Horta Sud, Ribera Baixa, Ribera Alta or L'Horta Nord counties. Further north, the tradition continued in Plana Alta, Baix Camp and Tarragonès counties among many others. In modern times, the religious, folkloric and plastic sense of the dance came to focus on the construction of human castles in height, which is the form that has mostly lasted and whose cultural interest has been recognized with the declaration of Masterpieces of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO on November 16, 2010. The “Castells” are therefore a deeply rooted tradition in our country and have currently been exported to many other countries in Europe (Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark, United Kingdom, France and Spain) but also to the rest of the world (Chile, China and Canada).

The Coordinator of Colles Castelleres de Catalunya is a Sports Federation that brings together some 83 colles castelleres from Catalonia, Northern Catalonia and the Balearic Islands, considered leaders with the capacity to build a minimum of 6 floors (counted as was traditionally done in the “muixerangues”) with nearly 15,000 participants.

Castellers are an unequivocal symbol of value, tenacity, strength and balance but also of wisdom and at the same time of tradition that is rooted in the culture and history of the country. That is why Hydroo feels represented by this cultural manifestation and invites us to export it around the world. At Hydroo we are a team that works tenaciously, with a shared, coordinated force and that with wisdom and courage, aims to reach the greatest heights, regardless of the position of each of the team members. The one who climbs the highest is not the bravest, nor the oldest, nor the one who has the most knowledge: it is the one who, according to the wisdom of the whole team, corresponds to him and can make him enjoy the achievement of the goal of climbing to the top of everything. The “anxaneta” is therefore the symbol, it is the excuse to make the whole team feel proud. At the same time, the “pinya” are not anonymous companions, but rather all those who can contribute to the collective success with their strength and concentration.

Hydroo has its own “colla castellera”, dressed in the corporate colors (black, white and copper) that define us. And with this symbol we want to show the world our joy of being and sharing the universal values ​​that we have made our own.

La Coordinadora de Colles Castelleres de Catalunya是加泰罗尼亚地区的一家体育联合协会，在这里汇集了来自加泰罗尼亚、北加泰罗尼亚及巴利阿里群岛的约83支顶尖叠人塔团队，这些队伍具备按照传统比赛标准，搭建至少6层人塔的卓越实力，参与总人数近15,000人。

叠人塔，既是勇气、坚韧、力量与平衡的直观象征，更是理性智慧与深厚文化历史底蕴的结晶。正因如此，Hydroo 对这一独特的文化表达产生了强烈的精神共鸣，并自豪地将其推向全世界。在 Hydroo，我们是一个同心协力的团队：凭着团结一致的力量、沉稳的智慧与无比的勇气，无论身在何种工作岗位，我们都共同向着更高的目标发起冲击。在叠人塔比赛中，登顶的人并不一定是最勇敢、最年长或最知识渊博的人，而是在整个团队的智慧与协同保障下，被赋予重任去完成最终登顶、并与全员分享胜利喜悦的人。因此，塔尖的登顶者（Anxaneta）是团队的象征，更是唤起全队自豪感的精神凝聚点。而与此同时，塔底的支撑者们（Pinya）也绝非无名之辈，而是一个个凭借自身力量与专注、为这项集体成功奠定坚实基石的功臣们。

Hydroo特别定制了象征企业精神的叠人塔雕塑。雕塑上的运动员们身着带有公司标志性色彩的队服（黑色、白色与铜色），戮力同心，相互支撑，将血肉之躯化为信念之塔。我们希望通过这一生动鲜明的象征，向世界展示我们出色的品牌形象，分享我们所信仰并践行的超越国界的企业核心价值观。
