The performance and life cycle of a submersible pump depends directly on the motor's ability to dissipate its heat. When fluid speed is insufficient—such as in large-diameter wells, tank installations, or lakes—the use of cooling sleeves becomes essential. These sleeves allow the water flow around and all along the motor, ensuring forced cooling that prevents overheating and extends the equipment's service life.

Constructed entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel (including mounting brackets and screws), our cooling sleeves are available for 4" and 6" motor sets in both vertical and horizontal versions, the latter featuring specific support mounts for stable installation. This is the ideal solution for agricultural, industrial, and water supply applications where the pump is installed in reservoirs or below the well filters.
