Hydroo joins the desire to share a book and a rose on St. George's Day; as every year in Catalonia, the streets are filled with books and roses to symbolize a day of brotherhood, culture and demonstration of love. The official holiday was established in the year 1456 as the patron saint of Catalonia and at that time roses were already given to maidens and betrothed.
