Covid-19 update

Dear valued customer,

At Hydroo we keep committed to the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic.  Following local government regulations, we subscribe to the provisions of RD10 / 2020 (point 5, Annex) by which an additional effort is required to companies and workers, staying at home and reducing the displacement of people while keeping the basic services that guarantee the maintenance of essential productive activities related to water supply, fire-fighting, heating and air condition, agriculture, reverse osmosis, cattle drink, food processing… So, since March 13^th all the support staff is doing teleworking from home attending all our customers and partners inquiries. From March 30^th until April 9^th Hydroo will keep a very reduced team of Operational qualified mechanical staff to provide for the urgent production and after-sales service in order to support the essential services mentioned. They strictly meet all the safety rules. We bet that the big effort of all citizens and companies all over the world will finally overwhelm the proliferation of the pandemic and the researchers will get a vaccine soon. We clap our hands for our millions of heroes that fight the pandemic from home, from the hospitals, from the pharmacies and food stores, from trucks, from trash collection, from maintenance services, from ambulances… and send our warmest solidarity with the affected and sick people.
